They are invading like zombies. They are everywhere. They are drones.
They are fairly inexpensive, and with a camera attached there is no end to the fun. And mischief. They're flying over news events, sporting events, rivers, lakes, towns and cities, and your neighbor sunbathing in her back yard. A couple years ago someone illegally (???) flew a drone through Nashville's spectacular Fourth of July Fireworks, providing a stunning video shared on You Tube.
Now Walmart wants to put drones inside of their stores. How they would be used is not known for certain, but one possibility is items would be placed on top of the shelves, and drones would pick up the items and bring them to the waiting customer. I presume those not too lazy to walk the store as before could do so.
Great. Now I'll need to wear a helmet to Walmart and bring a handgun for self-defense...
