Obama's broken campaign promises

Democrats and RHINO'S are delighting in Donald Trump not fulfilling his campaign promises in 100 days. Never mind his term is 1,461 days long. Or that Trump is not a politician, which is what most Americans wanted. He didn't do it in 100 days so dammit, he is a total failure.

Tom Perez, the DNC Head Thug, has taken to profanity to describe Trump's initial mini-budget. Umm..... Barrack Obama was 98 days late with his first budget. Three of his first four budgets were late. The deadline is determined by The Budget and Accounting Act of 1921.

I thought it would be fun to revisit some of media darling Obama's 2008 campaign promises. And remember, Obama was an experienced politician...

• Candidate Obama promised that he would not be swayed by the influence of special interests and Super PACs. But when it was re-election time in 2012, Obama embraced special interests and SuperPacs.

• Candidate Obama promised to close GITMO within one year. Despite Democrat control of both houses of congress, that did not happen. GITMO is still open today.

• Candidate Obama promised to undue George W. Busch's tax cuts. But he extended the tax cuts so he could extend unemployment benefits, because he could not get people back to work.

• Candidate Obama promised to set a cap on carbon emissions to combat alleged "global warming." Obama walked away from cap-and-trade when it failed to pass in the Democrat-controlled congress.

• Candidate Obama promised no new taxes for families making under $250,000. 16 days into his presidency, Obama raised the tax on cigarettes, thereby raising taxes on every smoker making less than $250,000 a year.

• Candidate Obama promised to return man to the moon by 2020, then to Mars. The space shuttle program was shut down in 2011, and plans are still not in place to return to the moon or go to Mars.

• Candidate Obama promised that all employees would get seven federally guaranteed sick days a year. In Obama's first year. The Healthy Families Act was stalled in committee. Again, Democrats controlled both houses of congress.

• Candidate Obama promised to introduce a comprehensive immigration plan by the end of his first year in office. Despite being a "top priority," Obama introduced no such bill in that year.

• Candidate Obama promised to post every bill online for five days before he signed it. That never happened. In fact, Obamacare had to be passed before we could know what was in the bill.

Trust me. There are many, many more. So the next time some whiny liberal talks to you about President Trump's "broken" campaign promises, learn that person a little history.

Trump Tax Protesters Lead With Ignorance

What I saw this past weekend were a bunch of ignorant people clamoring for President Trump to release his tax returns. Why?

I doubt many of these people even know what they're talking about. They all repeat the talking point that they want to know where Trump gets his money from. Code: Must be Putin. They seem to think some tax returns would show them that. All a tax return will tell them is where Trump got money for that particular year, how much he made (or lost) and how much he paid in taxes. He is under no legal requirement to release his tax returns, He defeated a lying, corrupt, felon without doing so.

I seriously doubt the snowflakes would know how to read Trump's entire tax return even if they saw it. What their true agenda is to harass Trump, who they hate with every fiber of their being. Democrats are under some delusion that they can force Trump to resign. One loudmouth congressional representative from California wants to impeach trump. Now. On what charge, who knows. Ms. Waters kept her mouth shut when President Obama released POW's to the battlefield so they could kill more Americans and our allies. That is called treason and the penalty for treason is death. But it was Obama, so that was OK.

If the left really wanted to know where Trump gets his money, they would look at his financial disclosure, which is required to be filed.  I did look. It is 109 pages long. It tells where Trump gets his money from, and who he owes. If you read it, you'll know what he owns. What makes more money, his hotels or his golf courses? The financial disclosure will tell you. That's why they are required and sharing tax returns are not

Everything you want to know about Donald Trump's financials are in there. But that's not what the left is interested in. Their naive protests this past weekend proved it.

P.S. Nancy Pelosi is telling people we need to see Trump's tax return so we know who he owes. Umm..... you won't find that on a tax return. But it's all laid out on his financial disclosure. Don't fall for Pelosi's lies...

Make Democrats Own It: Let Obamacare Die

I have issues with the GOP plan for healthcare. Senator Rand Paul is right. It is Obamacare Light. That is not acceptable. It is insane to base a healthcare plan on a failed system.

They need to go back to 2008. No Obama, no Obamacare. Polls at the time showed that 80% of Americans were happy with the way things were. The problems were people who could not afford healthcare or insurance, and those with pre-existing conditions who could not get insurance or the premium was in the stratosphere.

Leave the 80% alone. I was in that group and happy with the way it was. Just address the problems and leave everyone else alone. Don't force a statist system on everyone, lie about it, and hurt way more people than are helped.

Obamacare is a house of cards. Pull one card out and the entire house falls down. Many cards have been pulled out of Obamacare. Millions of people never signed up, pulling the funding card out. Insurance companies were forced to accept pre-existing conditions, which involves patients with the highest healthcare costs. Any fifth grader could tell you that is a formula for destroying insurance companies. That was probably Obama's intention. So now insurance companies are dropping out of Obamacare in great numbers. The competition card has been removed. Less competition equals higher prices. So out goes the affordable card.

Reimbursements to providers, including social security payments, have been greatly reduced. Many doctors are working harder than ever to make a living. I have received emails from my doctor as late as 9:30 pm. I wrote back and told him to go to bed. Other doctors just said to hell with it and retired. Some got salaried jobs in emergency rooms and elsewhere. Out goes the keep your doctor card.

Millions of Americans were told if they like their plan, they could keep it. But then came mandates that included stupid things like mandating maternity coverage for 70 year-olds. Nobody's existing plans included the moronic requirements of Obamacare. So much for the keep your plan card.

When I first heard some Republicans suggest to just let Obamacare die, I thought that was crazy. The Democrats would own it when millions lose their healthcare, they said. Expensive insurance with astronomical deductions is essentially a catastrophic policy, no good for most healthcare situations.

So the more I have thought about it, maybe letting Obamacare continue to die isn't a bad idea. Let the healthcare crisis continue to get worse. It's the Democrats plan. They are obstructing Trump and the Republicans. I am not convinced the Ryan plan is the best way to go. When that fails, the Republicans are toast.

It is going to take a lot of tax money to solve the two true issues. The poor can be covered with Medicaid. The government will need to take care of those with pre-existing conditions. That will be very expensive, but it would save the insurance industry for the 80% who were happy the way it was, and will not destroy the economy as Obamacare has done.

With the President carving out the B.S. in the federal budget, I think the greatest country in the history of the world can handle this.

Bugging Trump: Again the media is missing the mark

President Trump blasted a tweet Saturday morning accusing Barack Obama of bugging Trump in Trump Tower. This is a very strong statement. If true, this would blow past Watergate for presidential corruption. That scandal brought down the presidency of Richard Nixon.

Of course the media has jumped all over this. That is what they're supposed to do. But much of the media attention is focused on how outrageous Trump's claim is. Real reporters would be investigating the accusation to determine if it's true or not. That cannot be completed in a weekend.  It would involve actual work, which many in the media try to avoid. Yes, there are a handful of reporters who are digging to find the truth, but the overall message from the media is outrage at such an insane allegation.

Real reporting is dying a slow, agonizing death.

Of course the overwhelming anti-Trump bias of the media is driving this diversion. Edward R. Murrow is spinning in his grave.

Trump is Right: The Media is our Enemy

Events of the past few weeks have proven that the media most loves themselves. President Trump is not afraid to say what many of us have known for years. Much of the mainstream media is biased to the left, and have no problem making stuff up and putting out fake news. CNN, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, among others, published fiction last week.

There has been a lot of blowback from Trump's comment.  Of course most of that has come from the media. They are so offended, they have pushed aside real news to continue whining about the mean, bully president who insulted them.

They like to tell us about freedom of the press. Indeed, the First Amendment helps make the United States the greatest country in history. But freedom of the press means ALL press, including fake news, biased news and complete fiction. We the people are not guaranteed a fair and truthful press. It is buyer beware.

There was a time when the most important thing a news reporter needed to be was accurate. Speed was no good if the report wasn't factual. Reporting fake news could be a career-stopper for the guilty correspondent. But then more and more media came into existence. Competition became more intense. Accuracy took a back seat to speed. Fake news began to increase,

As accuracy became a secondary priority, bias also crept into the news. Today, "news" is slanted by the prejudice of the reporter. "News"is primarily slanted to the left.

So now Donald Trump has been elected President. The media clearly wanted Hillary Clinton to win, despite her constant lies, corruption and criminal behavior. The far left in this country are by their nature, intolerant and hateful. They have taken their anger beyond protesting to rioting. Big difference. And the media fuels the hatred with their heavily biased coverage.

The media has a right to report what they want, within limits. But when the public is fed a steady diet of lies, and the media cannot be trusted, the media has become our enemy. The media has become focused on their worldview, not the truth. We all lose.

The question is, how long will the companies that own the media put up with this crap?

Why Obamacare is not Romneycare

I heard a pundit say today that Obamacare is Romneycare.

I just double-checked my calendar. I was right. It is 2017. So how does one get paid for repeating tired old fake news on TV?

Mitt Romney repeatedly made it clear in 2012. His experiment in Massachusetts was for a state. For those of you taking notes, there are 50 states in the United States. Obamacare is for the entire country. That would be all 50 states.

Why does that matter? Well first off, the Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution reserves these powers to the state. A state is a suitable size for an experiment, and Massachusetts, a very liberal state, wanted to go with a government-managed healthcare system. The dysfunctional Massachusetts system failed and was scrapped.

Romney made it clear that 1) It was a failure in Massachusetts, and 2) It would not be appropriate to try it nationally. Romney repeatedly said he had no intention of implementing any type of a Romneycare-type system, but people tend to hear what they want to hear.

The next time you hear someone saying Obamacare and Romneycare are the same thing, you are hearing fake news.

Trump said he'd run the country as a business, and he is!

Politicians running for office too often say whatever you want to hear. All many of them care about at that time is getting elected or re-elected. I once ran for office against someone like that. I knew this person and I knew his politics. But once we hit the trail, he suddenly changed. Some of his new positions were 180° opposite of what he really believed. So one day I asked him what was up with his new positions. He said he had taken advice from a career bureaucrat, whom I also knew. The advice was he can't change the world if he doesn't get elected, and he was willing to lie to the voters to get there. That just wasn't my style.

Americans were getting tired of the crap in Washington. Barrack Obama was a continuous train wreck. Republicans ran several good candidates for President, but voters had become so jaded, they all appeared alike to them. And then there was Donald Trump.

The Donald was a successful businessman and not a politician. As a developer, he had a reputation for getting things done.

BINGO!

He was what Americans were waiting for. Not a politician, Trump was a successful businessman, experienced in running a large, prosperous organization. Including running it efficiently, without excessive waste. I spent 10 years working for a municipal government, and trust me, waste is embedded in all levels of government.

Trump wants to Make America Great Again. Not losing jobs to other countries. Not strangling businesses with excessive regulations. Repair our healthcare system that Democrats destroyed. No more throwing away money at the man-made climate change hoax. Get people good full-time jobs, not low-paying part-time jobs that had become so common. Stop the corruption and stop bypassing congress and issuing illegal executive orders,

In other words, drain the swamp.

Expect Trump to be quick and decisive. Don't look for him to telegraph his moves. He is a businessman and will act like one, so much as government allows. Businessmen get rid of cancers, so disloyal employees better get their resumes updated. It's no different than being a head coach of a professional sports team. If any players are not supportive of the coach, they have to go.

This is what the voters wanted. And it's what they are getting.

Democrats Still Don't Get It

Donald J. Trump is now President of the United States. So what's next for the Democrat party? Do they bounce back as political parties inevitably do, or does the party disappear into history? This is a valid question based on the decimation of the party during the Obama Administration and Democrat's reaction to their massive defeats.

Leading Democrats think Trump's victory was a fluke. They have produced all kinds of crazy excuses as to why Hillary Clinton lost. The latest justification is that the Russians somehow helped Trump get elected.

Democrats spend much time separated from reality. What about reports that Hillary was helped by Ukraine and German Chancellor Angela Merkel? I guess it's only bad if it helps Republicans.

The first obvious reason for Trump's win is the fact that Hillary is a lying, corrupt criminal. John Podesta made the password for his email "password." Yes, the man responsible for running Hillary's campaign is really that stupid. Half of the planet probably hacked his emails, so nobody knows who WikiLeaks got his emails from. What matters is that emails were exposed, they were accurate, and they proved many things, including corruption by both Hillary and the media.

Another reason for Trump's win was the complete and total failure and corruption of the Obama administration. Working-class Americans (that's most of us), were sick and tired of failed liberal crap. Obamacare took away meaningful health insurance coverage for millions of Americans, created the 29-hour workweek for million of Americans, drastically reducing their pay, and cost Americans their doctors and insurance plans, things Obama said would not happen.

Obama's Attorneys General were corrupt. He released POW's so they could return to the battlefield to kill Americans and our allies. And the list goes on and on and on. Americans down on the farm, the factories and the unemployed had had enough.

Another failure of the left was sticking to their tried and true strategy: identity politics. Blacks will vote for the Democrat. Hispanics will vote for the Democrat. Jews will vote for the Democrat. People in Midwest industrial states like Michigan and Wisconsin will vote for the Democrat. So Hillary ignored all of these people. Mistake. Instead, the Democrats focused on women and Florida, and to hell with everyone else.

Just to be sure, Hillary spent over $1 billion to get herself elected. After all, in politics money equals win.

Hold the phone.

Social media is where it's at these days. And that doesn't take dump trucks full of money. Social media takes expertise. And Trump followed the traditional Republican approach. Help all people, not buckets full of people. Times are changing, and Democrats are getting left behind.

So you're thinking, change! That would be the smart thing to do, and there are Democrats who get it. But they have been pushed down by the elites and remain a powerless minority. Such as Ohio's Tim Ryan. Democrats missed a huge opportunity when they failed to make Ryan their House leader.

Instead, they re-elected 76-year-old Nancy Pelosi, who usually sounds like she is in need of a dementia test. She is in complete denial. She believes Trump's win was a fluke assisted by the Russians. Or James Comey. Or Wikileaks. Or fake news. Or trash publications at checkout lines. The Electoral College (everyone knew the rules going in. They haven't changed since 1788). Or whatever lame excuse the left can come up with.

But there is a problem with all of those excuses. It wasn't just Hillary. Democrats got slaughtered all over the country. Liberalism and socialism, the fundamental beliefs of the Democrat Party, have failed worldwide whenever it has been tried. Barrack Obama is a classic example of why liberalism and socialism does not fit under our Constitution. Countless times Obama took the lazy way out and bypassed congress to make laws himself. That is what dictators do. Fortunately, most of that will be undone this week. Our Constitution will be followed.

In recent years, Democrats have lost both houses of congress, the oval office, 1000 state legislative seats and 12 governorship's. 68 of the nation's 98 partisan state legislatures are Republican. So tell me again about the Russians.

So the left has responded to this with riots. They're burning cars and smashing windows. Madonna said she is seriously thinking about burning down the White House. Would that mean Trump would no longer be President? Yes, people are that stupid.

So the Democrat Party will cling to their identity politics, their elites and their mobs. R.I.P.

Sports Broadcasts and Awards Shows No Place For Politics

ESPN is hemorrhaging potential viewers. Big time. They have lost millions of potential viewers in 2016. More and more people are cutting the cord and using streaming services for their TV reception. And ESPN isn't necessarily on everyone's must-see TV.

This hits ESPN right where it hurts. In the pocket book. Fewer viewers means lower advertising rates. Networks generally give advertisers a guarantee of a minimum number of viewers. Miss that mark, and the advertiser gets a partial refund. That is not good for ESPN.

Despite the loss of potential viewers, ESPN continues to annoy half of their audience with left-wing political comments during sports broadcasts. Those comments are generally accepted by ESPN management. But if someone utters a conservative comment, there is a good chance a suspension or firing will follow.

Now when I turn on a ballgame, I want it to be an escape from real world problems. I don't to hear about politics. I deal with politics every day, and a ballgame is supposed to be entertainment. I want to focus on touchdowns, tackles, hits RBI's or whatever is applicable to what I'm watching. No politics.

Then there is the obnoxious Hollywood Left. They somehow believe that since they're famous actors, they are qualified to teach us about politics.

We saw a perfect example of this last week. The Golden Globes is an awards show for movies and television. My wife likes to see the outfits. Meryl Streep was given a Lifetime Achievement Award, which she richly deserves. When accepting the award, Streep unloaded a lengthy hate filled rant against Donald Trump. She obviously preferred the other candidate, a lying, corrupt criminal.

Now I never use Streep as my political analyst, so I don't know why I would care about her misinformed opinions. But she used receiving the prestigious award to spew her personal political beliefs, She even called the millionaires victims. That's when I turned it off.

Just like ballgames, Hollywood awards shows are not appropriate for political speech. When politics seeps into ballgames or Hollywood awards shows, I change the channel.

History is history. It is not 2017

John Lewis

Georgia congressman John Lewis stirred up a hullabaloo when he said Donald Trump would not be a legitimate President.

This is a United States congressman! Now I understand Lewis is a liberal and no fan of Trump. I am a conservative and am no fan of Barrack Obama. I opposed Obama whenever I felt he was wrong, which has been most of the time. This is how politics is done in America. But Obama is my President. Any cheating aside, Obama was legally elected. Conservatives didn't need safe spaces or counselors. We didn't cry and claim Obama wasn't legitimate. We lost an election.  We sucked it up and moved on.

The left in this country has been in a nonstop hissy fit ever since the lying, corrupt and criminal Hillary Clinton lost. Apparently Democrats feel entitled to permanent rule. Not sure why that would be. One party has never been entitled to permanent power. FDR (a Democrat) tried, but the 22nd amendment was passed in 1947, limiting the President to two terms.

Barack Obama hates the 22nd amendment.

The Hollywood left, the MSM media and all of the other crybabies out there need to get over themselves. You didn't get your way. So what? You're not always going to get your way in life, so you better learn to deal with that. You are making complete asses of yourselves.

But for a well-respected congressman of 30 years to say the President will not be legitimate is just childish. Lewis sets a bad example for all Americans, including our youth. John Lewis should be ashamed of himself. He obviously has the right to not like Trump, and to fight against him. But for crying out loud, grow the hell up.

Lewis has very selective rage. There are now reports that Ukraine helped Hillary. Fake news? I havo no idea. I don't hear Lewis whining about that. We know Obama tried to keep Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu from being re-elected. Not a word from John Lewis. That is because he is a left-wing hack.

Now because Lewis has a commendable history fighting for equal rights, Democrats and the MSM think this gets him a lifetime pass from criticism. I think not. His history is good, but this is 2017. His refusal to accept Donald Trump as our legitimate President really makes him unfit to serve in congress. It is time for Lewis to go home to his crime-ridden district and retire.

Obama Did Not Save The Auto Industry, He Saved The UAW

President-Elect Donald Trump sure stirred up the pudding when he saved 1100 jobs and got Carrier to change their mind and keep a plant in Indianapolis open. The next day, White House Spokesman Josh Earnest, unable to explain how a guy who hasn't even taken office yet, can get things done that Obama could not do. Earnest said that if Trump could do that 804 more times, he would equal what Obama has accomplished.

The left jumps to the auto industry, which Obama allegedly saved. Let's revisit that time and review what actually happened.

Two of the American-based automakers were in a heap of trouble. General Motors was failing because of repeated poor decisions and crap cars.  Chrysler was failing because Chrysler always fails. On the other hand, Ford saw the trouble coming and stacked up cash from selling overseas companies such as Jaguar. The Blue Oval would not need taxpayer help.

The Democrats are always beholding to the same groups of people. Identity politics. Obama needed to make sure HIS stakeholders were protected and to hell with everyone else. The first thing the President did was make up his own bankruptcy law, bypassing congress and breaking the law. The bondholders and shareholders, who collect first in a bankruptcy, were told to pound sand. They had invested their money in GM and lost everything. Obama instead put the United Autoworkers first in line.

Chrysler was fortunate to find a buyer in Fiat. GM was taken over by its employees. This was supposedly "saving the auto industry." It wasn't, and here's why...

Heaven forbid GM and Chrysler would have gone down the drain. Now a legal bankruptcy does not mean a company goes out of business, but let's say that is what happened here. Who lost? GM, Chrysler, their creditors, their bondholders, their stockholders and the UAW. The auto industry is not on this list, therefore it cannot be saved.

The auto industry would remain because people and businesses would still be buying cars and trucks. They just wouldn't be Dodge's, Chevy's and Cadillac's. They would be buying Honda's, Toyota's and BMW's.

The problem for Democrats is that the foreign-based automakers have nearly all of their plants in the South. And they are overwhelmingly non-union. Oops! The UAW would be squeezed out, and if you are a Democrat, this is a huge problem. The union sugar-daddies give them a lot of money come election time. In 23 states, unions can still force workers to pay dues.

Because they would be selling more cars, the foreign-based manufacturers would build new factories and expand current plants, either in the South or in other right-to-work states. That new factory space will require workers, thus the auto industry chugs along at the same level. Obama COULD NOT let GM's problems go down this way, so he made up his own laws.

So the next time you hear the liberal lie about Obama saving the auto industry, remember, that can't happen unless people stop buying cars.

Another Failed Obama Executive Order

The Social Security Administration sent the following out today:

On July 30, 2016, we began requiring you to sign into your my Social Security account using a one-time code sent via text message. We implemented this new layer of security, known as “multifactor authentication,” in compliance with a Presidential executive order to improve the security of consumer financial transactions.  SSA implemented the improvements aggressively because we have a fundamental responsibility to protect the public’s personal information. 

However, multifactor authentication inconvenienced or restricted access to some of our account holders. We’re listening to your concerns and are responding by temporarily rolling back this mandate.

As before July 30, you can now access your secure account using only your username and password. We highly recommend the extra security text message option, but it is not required. We’re developing an alternative authentication option, besides text messaging, that we’ll begin implementing within the next six months. 

We strive to balance security and customer service options, and we want to ensure that our online services are both easy to use and secure. The my Social Security service has always featured a robust verification and authentication process, and it remains safe and secure.

Same Decision: Bush bad, Obama good

As Donald Trump toured the devastation in Louisiana to get a firsthand account of the incredible hardships the residents are having to go through, Barrack Obama played golf on Martha's Vineyard. Bad optics. Really bad optics.

Obama apologists were in the media today saying that a Presidential motorcade would be too disruptive to the ongoing relief efforts taking place there. Obama gets a pass.

Now let us turn back the clock to 2005. Hurricane Katrina has just destroyed the gulf coast.  George W. Bush, flying from someplace else to someplace else, flew over the ravaged area.   He did not land. A photograph went viral of him looking out a window of  Air Force One, looking back at New Orleans as he flew by. The left became completely unhinged. That uncaring, cold-hearted disconnected monster Bush just flew by without stopping! What a dispassionate, unsympathetic schmuck! Even an unknown senator from Illinois named Barrack Hussein Obama joined the chorus of criticism.

Bush later wrote in his book that had he suddenly dropped out of the sky and landed, local officials would have felt obligated to rush out to the airport to greet the President, and Bush felt a better use of those local officials' time was working with the citizens. Bush did admit he probably should have turned around and landed at Baton Rouge to see if he could find any state officials to work with.

But Bush took no end of grief for this, because his last name is Bush and there is an (R) behind his name.

When Obama used Bush's reasoning almost word for word, he is so wise and should not have his vacation cut short just because Milwaukee is burning and Louisiana was hit with possibly the worst modern storm without a name. After all, there is golf to be played, and how often does Obama get to do that?

The double standard is incredulous.

I will also note Hillary has yet to show up in Louisiana, while Trump was there today handing out relief packages to residents. So who is the leader here?

And before the Trump-haters who frequent this site get on my case, the choice is between Trump and Hillary, and I'm not picking Hillary.

I swear to God, if Hillary...

...was walking down the street during a rally and pulled a hand grenade out of her pantsuit, pulled the pin and lobbed it into a crowd and a dozen people are killed, Loretta Lynch would look the other way and say 'nothing to see here.' Why not? Hillary already has the blood of thousands on her corrupt little hands.

This woman can do NOTHING to get indicted by the Obama administration. I don't need to reset everything here. RedState readers are fully aware of the corruption, which has trickled down to the Department of Justice, the FBI, the State Department, the IRS and who knows where else. So now we learn the DOJ has declined the FBI's request to investigate the corrupt as hell Clinton Foundation. The only way they could make it more obvious is if they came out and said, 'Yes, we are corrupt and we're getting away with it'.

I blame the Republican majority in congress for doing NOTHING to stop this monster in the White House. Obama could have been impeached for any number of things, not the least of which is treason. The mainstream media is a co-conspirator with House Republicans. I've been watching CNN lately, and their spin is beyond belief. No matter what Hillary says or does, CNN stays focused on what Trump said. DOJ refuses to investigate the Clinton Foundation, and they obsessively focus on Trump. The Donald says maybe 2nd Amendment supporters will be enough to keep Hillary out of the White House so she cannot appoint any Supreme Court Justices, and before you know it, Trump was endorsing violence and possible assassination!

Where in the hell did that come from? Seriously, where does that crap come from? Comprehension is a major part of journalism and communications, yet the media has no ability to understand words. For crying out loud, they blamed Sarah Palin for Gabby Giffords getting shot, because Palin had an image of a cross-hair in an ad. You can't make this stuff up.

I don't know if it's a mental health issue or what, but the wild claims coming from the left and their media buddies are preposterous.

Xavier Becerra blames Obama's failings in the Middle East on our troops

California representative Xavier Becerra debated Newt Gingrich yesterday on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. I wasn't expecting anything intelligent from Becerra, and he delivered. But he fell off the edge of sanity when Newt pointed out we are losing the war in the Middle East, naming off the countries where we are failing. Becerra repeatedly told Gingrich that he was knocking the troops. Gingrich was correctly saying the Commander-in-Chief is to blame, not the troops. That included Barrack Obama and George W Bush. 

Obama has this peculiar habit of skipping daily security meetings and not listening to his generals. He thinks he is so incredibly brilliant he doesn't need that valuable information. He can run the war himself. He believes he is Lincoln. But since he is a verifiable traitor for releasing POW's to the battlefield so they can kill Americans and our allies, there is no telling what his motivations are as he directs the war.

Becerra's stupid comment is just one way how the left spins the truth into a lie. Nobody supports our troops like the right. It is the left who has left our brave heroes with antiquated tools. It is Obama and Hillary Clinton who have blood on their hands for the Americans killed in battle in Benghazi. It was Obama who traded five POW's for an American deserter who left his unit. Americans lost their lives looking for that pile of crap. Obama even held a ceremony at the White House for the parents of his fellow traitor.

Becerra is just a Democrat political hack, who tries to make up excuses for the inexcusable actions of Obama and Hillary.

Democrats are infatuated with who hacked the DNC rather than the content of what was hacked. I suppose if I had as much to hide as they do, I'd probably do the same thing.

Barrack Obama speculated that the Russians may be responsible. Picking up on that theme, Donald Trump mentioned that if the Russians have the 30,000 emails Hillary Clinton illegally deleted from her home server, would they turn them over?

Democrats and the left-wing media have become completely unhinged over this. Trump is asking Russia to spy on us, and mercy, he wants to forge a better relationship with Vladimir Putin. This supposedly makes Trump guilty of treason.

Hillary Clinton held a fundraiser with a close friend of Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, who continues to practice genocide and gave birth to ISIS. In 2011 on Face the Nation, Hillary called Assad a "reformer," and said he was a different leader than his father, who killed an estimated 25,000 people during an uprising against his regime.

Out on the campaign trail Saturday, Hillary Clinton said Donald Trump has a dark view of America. She then said Trump is wrong, and she believes America's best days are ahead of us.

I think she was trying to say their views are diametrically opposed to each other, but they are not about the same thing.

Trump's reference is to the present. And by most accounts, he's right. One of the first things Barrack Obama did when he became President was to change the formula used to calculate the unemployment rate, making comparisons to previous administrations impossible. Obama's way makes the unemployment rate lower, leaving us with a bogus number.

That's why we have record or near record levels for food stamps and low labor participation rate. The Obama administration can lie and fudge the numbers all they want, but the folks across the country know things are anything but great. The Obama administration is a complete train wreck, and Obama is easily the most corrupt President in America's history. They don't even try to hide their corruption. They do it right out in the open, because they know they will get away with their corruption because both the media and the spineless Republicans in congress have gone Sgt. Schultz. They see nothing and they hear nothing.

Hillary is talking about the future. What a dumb statement she made. Every America-loving politician (in other words, not Obama) thinks our best days are ahead of us. That line worked for Reagan because he actually did it. No sane person can picture Hillary creating 20 million jobs, because everything she wants to do, from destroying the fossil fuel industry to raising the minimum wage to $15/hour, will destroy jobs.

Trump is running for President because he is pissed off. He is pissed off about the direction this country is going. Anger has started a helluva lot of political careers. I ran for local office back in the day because I was pissed off about the corruption in my town. I'm not a Trump fan, but at least he's running for the right reason.

Hillary is running for President because........ she wants to be President. She has wanted to be President for decades. She wants the power and prestige, and let's face it, the Clinton's have done very well financially from public office.

We are not that stupid out here. Hillary is as corrupt as a $3 bill. Trump is a novice and a blowhard, but he didn't get to where he is in business by not surrounding himself with quality people. I see him doing the same in Washington. I get a tingle running up and down my leg when I think of Attorney General Christie and Secretary of State Corker.

President Obama claims he is the populist, not Donald Trump. The problem with that is, in order to be a populist, you must be popular.

Trump truly is a populist. That is not necessarily a good thing. That's why Trump flip-flops daily, and needs to constantly send out surrogates to explain that what he meant to say is not the same as what he actually said.
